Maybe this could work for you?

I’m not a coding expert, but this worked for me. Upload your video in cpanel (if you have size issues, you’ll have to fix those first…my video was 65 mb and was fine). Copy and paste the code below into your blog, but be sure to delete my blog’s address and put in your own, taking into account the actual file name, not just the domain.

    Of course, you can change the numbers to fit whatever size you want.

    Looks good, should work, just a simple flash embed code. Embedding other video formats probably will not work, I am pretty sure they have to be .swf or .flv to work.
